Have you ever served some very nice customers who constantly praise you for the good products/services, and they are willing to pay you a premium for that? Vice versa, have you ever tried to stay away from some people who always bargain and complain this and that, who drain you a lot of resources to support?
I’m sure we want to do our very best to serve, but the real situation is we are all human, and resources is always limited. While we want more “quality” business, it’s time to get a clearer picture of who your ideal customers are. A full understanding of your ideal customer’s profile not only makes it easier for you to tailor your products/service to their specific needs, but also facilitates you to run better targeted marketing and generate leads from there. This saves much of time (and marketing monies) and thus lower your cost of new customer acquisition. (Hurray!)
